OUR SERVICE PACKAGES
Full Service Package
Ingenuity Events will plan and organize your entire event, upon signing a contract. The client gives Ingenuity Events permission to plan and organize the entire event from start to completion of said event. It will be made clear before signing contract if the client would like to be included on all or part of decisions made, or if Ingenuity has complete creative control of event. The cost is based upon services that will be provided.
Partial Service Package
Upon signing a contract for partial service, Ingenuity Events will plan a portion of said event. The client will determine which portion of the event that Ingenuity Events will provide services. If another vendor or agency is providing services for the event, the client will inform Ingenuity Events of the other parties’ involvement and vice versa. The cost is based upon services that will be provided.
Month-of Service Package
Upon signing a contract for services provided for the month of the event, Ingenuity Events will provide services during the month of the event. This may be helpful from brides who may need extra help of overwhelming last-minute tasks, to business owners who may be planning an employee retreat and need extra help of last-minute overwhelming tasks. The client will clearly specify on signed contract which services will be provided. Costs will vary on services.
Day-of Service Package
Upon signing a contract for services provided for the day of the event, Ingenuity Events will provide service(s) the same day in which the event takes place. The client will clearly specify on signed contract which services will be provided. Costs will vary on services.
